Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Strategist to drive customer loyalty and engagement in our Retail Banking Services (RBS) team. As the Crew Lead for Engagement and Loyalty, you will be responsible for crafting market-leading digital experiences that delight our customers.

With a passion for user experience and problem-solving, you will develop high-quality solutions that drive customer loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver native digital engagement and loyalty programs using best practices to engage and retain customers.
  • Influence and align multiple stakeholders to deliver your product vision, balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
  • Interpret insights from data to inform decision-making and champion customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Build and lead high-performing digital teams to simplify complexity and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise designing, developing, and delivering native digital engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Strong ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing digital teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a great salary, we provide flexible work options, including remote work arrangements and part-time roles.
