Health and Nutrition Professional Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Health and Nutrition Professional to join our well-established clinics, providing expert dietitian care and support to patients.

We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to help people meet their health and nutritional goals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private practice, aged care, and more.

The ideal candidate will be confident in providing high-quality healthcare and support individually and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing dietitian services to patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of personalized care plans
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure effective communication and care coordination

Requirements include:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Initial appointments will be based in the northern suburbs, however, may change in the future. The age range of clients may vary.
