Accelerating the world's transition to cryptocurrency is a mission that requires innovative and forward-thinking individuals.

We are looking for a Product Design Manager to lead our team of designers in shaping the design direction across multiple products within the web and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design collaboration, provide feedback and direction to designers.
  • Create product and feature directions through designs, communicate ideas and provide additional support.
  • Collaborate with product managers to establish timelines, delivery and priorities.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and protection to designers, creating a positive environment to foster growth.
  • Maintain an ideal design process for your team.
  • Share expertise and knowledge in design to train designers.
  • Run user research activities including 1:1 interviews, focus groups or usability tests.
  • Present design direction, decisions and rationale to other teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience working at a top-tier trading team.
  • Must be a trader.
  • Have exceptional knowledge of design as a craft and contribute to the team.
  • Extensive experience designing B2C digital products/services for international audiences.
  • A solid portfolio of work showcasing design for digital products and services.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles.
  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects, shipping quality products at scale.
  • Experience developing and coaching a design team.
  • An experienced leader with a strong creative vision, skilled at executing ideas with the product design team.
