About Us:
We are leaders in mental health service delivery, specialising in working with adults and young people, and in early childhood intervention.
The Clinical Leadership role has responsibility for the provision of strategic guidance and management to site-based teams.
The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and provide strategic support
- Ensure effective implementation of clinical governance and compliance targets
We welcome applications from individuals with experience leading a team or as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of evidence-based interventions & clinical practice in mental health and alcohol use.
