Management Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our finance team. As a Management Accountant, you will provide critical financial insights to support business leaders and be responsible for preparing key performance indicators, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses that highlight opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
- Develop budgets and forecasts, ensuring business performance is effectively monitored.
- Partner with managers to provide strategic insights into costs, margins, and financial drivers.
- Support decision-making through financial modeling and business case analysis.
- Contribute to system and process improvements across the finance function.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with information for external auditors.
- Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA) preferred or working towards.
- 2+ years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
