Job Title: Senior Consultants - Core Banking Migration Specialists

We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team of Core Banking Migration Specialists. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading complex banking transformation projects from start to finish.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes;
  • Developing and implementing effective data integration strategies to align datasets across CBS, payments, and regulatory domains;
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions;
  • Providing expert guidance on change management and implementation support for clients undergoing system rollouts and transitions.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in core banking migration, including system cutovers, testing, data reconciliation, and customer communication strategies;
  • Experience with data integration and reporting skills, specifically moving and aligning datasets across CBS, payments, and regulatory domains;
  • Business and technical analysis expertise, bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders for successful delivery;
  • Change and implementation support experience, helping clients through new system rollouts and smooth transitions.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience at Data Action or similar financial technology providers, along with a strong understanding of DA Core, CBS, or other banking platforms;
  • Hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end migration project and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset;
  • A passion for delivering meaningful work that drives positive change in the banking industry.
