What We're Looking For

We're especially interested in professionals who bring experience in:

  • Core banking migration – system cutovers, testing, data reconciliation, and customer communication strategies.
  • Data integration & reporting – moving and aligning datasets across CBS, payments, and regulatory domains.
  • Business & technical analysis – bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Change & implementation – supporting clients through new system rollouts and ensuring smooth transitions.
Ideal Background
  • Previous experience at Data Action or similar financial technology providers.
  • Strong understanding of DA Core, CBS, or other banking platforms.
  • Hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end migration project.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
