We are seeking a professional with expertise in change management to help our clients navigate complex transformation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of organizational behavior and be able to develop effective communication strategies. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change plans, including stakeholder analysis and engagement.
  • Manage the implementation of core change activities, such as impact assessments, readiness checks, communications, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute change strategies and activities.
  • Design and deliver impactful communications across various channels, including websites, videos, events, newsletters, social media, presentations, surveys, and conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of consulting experience, with expertise in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness.
  • Strong understanding of change models and theories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidently.
