Business Change and Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Change and Delivery Specialist to join our collaborative team and play a key role in delivering transformation across strategic projects. As a specialist, you will work closely with project managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional squads to define, document, and deliver business and technical requirements through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Your role will be pivotal in facilitating workshops, producing high-quality documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will assist as a team player across a range of other project activities, including report preparation for senior leadership consumption and decision making, resource coordination, and workload balancing within portfolio and squad teams.

About the Role

• Define business problems and requirements by leading the investigation of issues, gathering technical and non-technical information, and documenting detailed business and technical needs.
• Elicit and document stakeholder needs by identifying stakeholders and facilitating workshops to capture, validate, and document business priorities, use cases, and system requirements.
• Ensure strong traceability between business and technical requirements through development and testing, supporting defect investigation and test documentation in collaboration with QA and PMs.
• Analyse data, impacted systems, and customer experiences to validate requirements, identify change points, and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Model processes and apply creative thinking to solve business challenges, ensuring clear and concise documentation of outcomes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on complex issues, fostering long-term capability growth and adherence to best-practice methodologies.
• Build strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, demonstrating leadership in facilitation, collaboration, and communication.
• Lead RAID management practices and support decision-making with impactful dashboards, reports, and insights.

What We Bring

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst covering both business requirements and technical requirements.
• Strong background in both business and technical requirements gathering.
• Experience in Agile environments and project delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with project management fundamentals.
• A team-first mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Experience writing procedures and documenting processes.
• Strong testing exposure is highly advantageous.
