">The Role">

This role will support our employee experience through office and event management, executive team support, and other administrative tasks.

  • ">
  • Provide administrative support to the P&C team and help ensure smooth office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, organizing office spaces, and facilitating communication between employees and relevant service providers.">
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset and orientation to create great employee experiences despite conflicting priorities. This includes coordination of monthly Company All Hands, End of Year celebrations, leadership and team off-sites, and social events.">
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, particularly the CEO and Deputy CEO/GM. Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling expense reports, preparing presentation materials, drafting correspondences, and supporting other administrative tasks.">
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, including team-building activities, social events, and employee celebrations. Assist in event logistics, budget management, vendor coordination, travel, and ensuring events align with the organization's culture and values.">
  • Perform other general administration tasks related to office management, employee experience, executive team support, and event coordination.">
