Experienced Client Service Associate

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Client Service Associate to join our small but growing team operating in the wholesale/high net wealth sector. We are looking for a dedicated client service professional with proven funds management and investment administration experience.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have strong work experience demonstrating investment administration skills;
  • Have strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
  • Have excellent client service skills, within the wealth management and advisory sector;
  • Have a very strong attention to detail including with respect to numerical data;
  • Be an excellent communicator with people at all levels;
  • Importantly, be discerning and discreet with confidential client information.

Functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and management of detailed investment documentation on behalf of clients;
  • AML and KYC administration and governance
  • Client investment administration
  • Client banking and reporting

The successful candidate will receive bespoke on-the-job training and access to a range of educational tools and programs to assist in further career development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
