Job Title: Billing Operations Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Lead to oversee the operational billing for business units, including those utilizing Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational billing process for business units
  • Manage technical experience in Billing operations and systems such as Salesforce and SQL
  • Develop skills in Oracle Billing system, BRM, workflow tools (i.e., Alteryx, Knime or Lavastorm)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage billing operations
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to resolve issues
Requirements:
  1. Technical experience in Billing operations and systems
  2. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  4. Problem solving skill set
  5. Experience with UAT Testing
  6. BI Publisher (Metabase) - Developing skills
