Process Enhancement Lead

This pivotal role requires a seasoned process improvement specialist to lead and deliver significant improvements across the organization. The successful candidate will have expertise in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies and experience leading complex, cross-functional projects within the financial services industry.

- Mentor and coach process improvement specialists and business SMEs in Lean Six Sigma practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and executives, influencing strategy and reporting on progress.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Essential.
- Proven Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and delivering cross-functional projects of significant complexity within a large organisation.
- Financial Services / Heavily Regulated Industries: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional Leadership and Communication: Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences, influence stakeholders at all levels, and build consensus around process improvement initiatives.
