Program Management Specialist - Digital Transformation

This role leads the delivery of a digital program, focusing on mobile driver licenses and credential verification.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the program's workflow and projects related to mobile digital driver licenses and credential verification.
  • Establish governance structures for projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Engage and manage external suppliers, ensuring they meet requirements and deliver value.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consulting, informing, and influencing decision making.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying and escalating issues and risks for resolution.

The Program Manager will oversee program delivery, define project objectives, develop documentation, manage status reports, recruit resources, and mentor team members. They will work closely with consultants and technical writers to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements:
  • A qualification or relevant experience in Program Management, particularly in Government and Digital Identity project delivery.
  • Experience working collaboratively with consultants and technical writers to produce high-quality outputs.
  • A strong understanding of government, research, and industry sectors.
