Digital Program Director

The Commission is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of digital projects.
This role requires structured planning, proactive risk management, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team in fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Oversight of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope.
- Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
You will need to demonstrate strong people management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
A commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to implement and promote best practices in digital program delivery, is essential for this role.
