Learning Experience Manager

This is a 9-month contracting opportunity that supports the development of learning experiences within the People and Culture Talent team.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) from set-up to quality checks, troubleshooting and reporting.
- Resolving learning-related enquiries and supporting onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborating with the P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes, process improvements and testing.
- Maintaining fresh content, updating learning modules and ensuring information is readily available.
- Enabling business and wider Talent initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in a Learning Administrator or similar role.
- Confidence working with P&C systems such as LMS, SuccessFactors, SNOW or similar.
- An eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of learning management systems and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
