We are seeking a talented Learning Manager to join our team in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating learning experiences that enhance employee capabilities and drive business results. This role requires a deep understanding of learning principles and the ability to design engaging experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
