Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Expert to serve as a trusted advisor and partner for our clients. As a key member of our client success organization, you will forge deep relationships with client account teams and maintain awareness of their key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating the completion of our services catalog, providing timely and proactive guidance on our platform features, and acting as an advisor to clients for the adoption of new features and identifying potential challenges and risks to their implementation.

You will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals and outcomes on our platform. This will involve working closely with internal and external teams to provide a unified experience, managing expectations and communications during major client incidents, and being accountable for ensuring that all collaborators understand the value of our services plan.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of our platform, as well as excellent technical and business acumen. You will also need to be able to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms to our clients, and then explain client needs to our internal partners.
