Embark on a career as a Software Solutions Expert, where you will spearhead the technical aspects of software product design, configuration, and implementation. Collaborate closely with senior consultants, business experts, and project managers to deliver high-quality installations and associated tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution - Deliver assigned technical tasks on time and within budget
  • Product Installation and Upgrades - Successfully install, test, certify, and upgrade software within customer environments
  • Data Migration - Work with the project team to determine required data migration, develop migration scripts, and test the migration process
  • Integration and Customisation - Configure and test API and Webservice integrations and develop customisations where necessary
  • Testing and Support - Collaborate with the project team to test end-to-end solutions and provide ongoing support during User Acceptance Testing and Go Live
  • Ad-Hoc Support - Offer onsite consulting services to assist customers with ongoing solution maintenance
  • Process Improvement Contributions - Ensure continuous improvement in our methodology through contributions to 'Best Practice' via improvements in our processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing technical solutions
  • Knowledge and experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as SQL Server or Oracle, knowledge of SQL
  • Exposure to general use and administration of Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10), exposure to Unix (Solaris) is also beneficial
  • Programming experience in one of the following languages: C/C++, Java, .Net
  • Desirable: Experience working with public sector customers
