Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Produce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high quality and presentation of our Fruit & Vegetable department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily stock rotation and quality checks to ensure freshness and optimal display.
  • Organize and manage the cool room during delivery arrival.
  • Stack, cut, and wrap produce to meet customer expectations.
  • Merchandise and display the produce area in an attractive manner.
  • Develop effective communication with colleagues and customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fresh produce department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
