Assistant Producer/Development Coordinator

This role requires an experienced professional to provide administrative and general assistance to Producers, while also supporting the Production & Development Executive in expanding their slate.

The ideal candidate will have tangible experience with producing or screenwriting, including diary management, preparing correspondence, general office management, preparing festival/awards applications, events management, script reading and supporting the development process from conception to pitch to production.

  • Provide administrative and general assistance to Producers.
  • Assist the Production & Development Executive in expanding the slate.
  • Manage diaries, prepare correspondence and handle general office tasks.
  • Prepare festival/awards applications and coordinate events.
  • Read scripts and support the development process from conception to pitch to production.
