Overview

Ouzo Studio is on the lookout for a Creative Coordinator/Producer to join our growing team in Sydney. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have an eye for detail, and can bring creative projects to life from concept to delivery, we want to hear from you


What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and manage creative projects end-to-end (concept development, production, and delivery).
  • Film with your iPhone
  • Copywriting and creative direction
  • Work closely with the creative team, clients, and collaborators to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee timelines
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to elevate our productions.
  • Support shoots, content creation, and post-production workflows.

What We're Looking For
  • Someone who has made UGC content themselves before
  • Previous experience in a coordinator or producer role in creative, media, or marketing environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Knowledge of creative production processes (photo, video, digital, or content creation).
  • A proactive, hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
  • Sydney-based and available for immediate start.
