Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time client services representative for a 12-month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will be critical in ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications
  • Managing client records and paperwork accurately
  • Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and hospital policies
  • Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Processing client payments and maintaining financial records
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client services role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting
  • Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maturity, calmness, and empathy
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
