We are seeking a passionate Assistant Coordinator to manage the Outside School Hours Care service and lead engaging programs for primary-age children. This permanent part-time opportunity offers 25 hours per week to co-manage a dynamic team of Educators.

This role involves working split shifts, supporting Monday-Friday hours: 6:30am-9:00am and 2:00pm-6:00pm with extra hours available during school holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-managing a dynamic team of Educators
  • Developing and facilitating child-centered programs full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft
  • Fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents
  • Leading a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including compliance and administration
