Job Title: Child Development Program Manager

Responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and joy for children in an out-of-school-hours care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop educational programs tailored to the unique needs of before and after school children.
  • Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure every child's safety and well-being.
  • Guide educators to enhance their confidence and value in their roles.
  • Foster partnerships with families and schools to create a connected care environment.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care setting.
  • A current Child Protection Training Certificate.
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
  • A valid NSW Working With Children Check.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for child development.
