We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our Early Childhood team, delivering high-quality programs and services for children aged 0-5 years.

About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for qualified professionals who share our passion for child-centered education and care. As an Educator with our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans and programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Deliver engaging and inclusive programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans and programs.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services: Possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (ACECQA approved).
  • Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards: Have a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Experience as an Educator: Proven experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood service (working with children 0-5 years).
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications: Hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
