Job Summary:
As a Principal Workplace Relations Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise complex case management services, providing expert advice and support to stakeholders.
- Lead a team of HR practitioners to deliver high-quality HR initiatives that drive workforce culture and engagement.
- Identify risks and develop analysis and advice to meet business objectives.
- Ensure the integrity, reconciliation, and reporting of workplace matters.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and process information in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and relevant advice, assessments, submissions, briefings, and correspondence.
- Contribute to and participate in HR team agendas, including meetings and leadership sessions.
- Represent the organization at interagency meetings and forums.
- Develop effective networks with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Maintain well-developed knowledge of contemporary human resource management legislation and practices.
- Evaluate HR services and initiatives to ensure they support business objectives.
