About this role
- We are seeking an experienced Aboriginal Cancer Care Coordinator – Project Officer to support the development of a culturally safe and practical Model of Care toolkit.
Key responsibilities
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams, health providers, and Aboriginal communities to design and deliver the Model of Care toolkit.
- They will contribute to service improvement by mapping pathways, strengthening collaboration between health providers and Aboriginal communities, and identifying strategies that reduce barriers to care.
- The role involves undertaking project planning, coordination, and reporting to support service development.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting project coordination, health program planning, or service development, and possess relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in health, social science, or community service.
