Fibre Network Installer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fibre Network Installer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for installing fibre optic cable and conduit, utilizing rod and rope equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install fibre optic cable and conduit in accordance with project requirements
  • Utilize rod and rope equipment to access hard-to-reach areas
  • Maintain knowledge of NBN plans and infrastructure to ensure efficient installation
  • Adhere to company and customer standards for quality and safety

Requirements:

  • Valid white card certification
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Hold a current NBN enable card

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Traffic management yellow card
  • First aid certificate
  • Asbestos awareness training
  • Telstra induction training
