Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead our store team as a Store Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient operation of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of store staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Performance Management: Manage staff performance, conduct regular appraisals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage store finances, including cash handling, stock shrinkage, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar retail management role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Education: Secondary education or equivalent, with relevant qualifications in business or a related field.
  • Certifications: Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
