Key Job Responsibilities

The Operations Team Member is a vital role in delivering seamless store operations activities in support of a sales-driven culture and profitable growth.

  • Cash Handling and Banking Procedures: Ensure accurate cash handling and banking processes are followed at all times.
  • Transaction Processing: Manage transactions efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • System Access and Data Integrity: Maintain access to systems and ensure data integrity for smooth operation.
  • Store Web Sales and Warranty Claims: Manage web sales and warranty claims to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Enquiries and Telephone Management: Handle customer enquiries and manage telephone communications to resolve issues promptly.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activities: Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirements
  • Contribute to financial performance by managing inventory effectively and controlling expenses.
  • Manage sales channel fulfillment according to procedures to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in development opportunities.
