Job Title: Estate Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to helm our residential facility, situated in the picturesque town of Tenterfield.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and staff alike
  • Cultivate a team environment that delivers exceptional resident experiences
  • Manage resources effectively to drive operational efficiency
  • Ensure the provision of safe, high-quality care to residents
  • Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Promote financial sustainability through prudent management practices
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role within aged care
  • Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desired)
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
