- Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
As a Compassionate Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and clients by providing high-quality care and support in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hold a qualification (certificate III) in aged care or a related field.
- Exhibit empathy and compassion when interacting with clients.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
