Our Organisation is seeking a compassionate Care Professional to support clients in their own homes with everyday activities and improve their quality of life. The successful applicant will work as part of our team to deliver high-quality services and make a positive impact on the lives of older Australians.

We require someone who is passionate about helping others and has excellent communication skills. You will work independently, but also be part of a supportive team environment.

The role involves supporting clients with tasks such as household cleaning, laundry, showering, continence support, grooming, dressing, food preparation, medication assistance, social support, and transport. You will develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

This is a Permanent Part-time role working 30 hours per fortnight. We need someone who is flexible with their availability and doesn't mind driving after dark. Ideally, you will be available to work mornings and evenings, between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Car Insurance to transport clients
  • Living within or very close to our client services located primarily in the general Busselton area
