Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female support worker to join our team. As a disability support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities of all ages and needs in their homes and the community.

Your mission will be to empower our clients to achieve independence through skill development and provide regular and professional support in line with their plans, needs, and desires.

You will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, assist participants with social outings, visits to local shops, and community access, and support participants in accessing social and community activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability/Aged Care, or equivalent qualification (mandatory)
  • Current First Aid Level 2 Certificate (mandatory)
  • Experience working with clients with dementia (preferred)
  • Experience working with clients with Alzheimer's (preferred)
  • National Police Check (mandatory)
  • Working with Children's Check (WWCC) (mandatory)
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (mandatory)
