Job Opportunity

At a global organization, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient logistics professional to support our team in Byron Bay. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who can interact effectively with all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to regional operations managers and health, safety, and environment (HSE) managers.
  • Coordinate internal and external resource requirements.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage meeting room calendar bookings and external bookings.
  • Order office supplies and place orders for operational needs.
  • Manage HSE orders for operational and temporary accommodation programs.
  • Place signage orders for operational and temporary accommodation programs.
  • Audit office deliveries.
  • Liaise with the IT officer for supply and delivery of IT equipment requirements.
  • Manage vehicle hire and maintenance.
  • Identify and maintain office maintenance needs.
  • Manage uniform issue.

Required Skills:

  • Database management.
  • Intermediate word processing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Ability to multitask.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years' experience in an office manager role.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
