About the Role - Maintenance Expertise

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of common property, including grounds, facilities, and gardens
- Complete basic handyperson tasks, such as cleaning, painting, lighting maintenance, and TV installations
- Evaluate and implement planned maintenance of village assets in line with legislative requirements
- Support residents with maintenance in their unit according to established procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance works as a maintenance person, tradesperson, or handyperson
- A thorough understanding of machinery use and tools required for various repairs
- Effective organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks
- A customer-focused approach to all tasks, while developing strong and positive relationships
