Senior Operations Manager

This role is ideal for an individual with an operational or registered nurse background ready to transfer leadership skills into a senior operations position in disability supported independent living.
You will lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. Your clinical expertise guides practice improvements and operational excellence.
