Job Title: Financial Analyst - Portfolio Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Australia. As a Financial Analyst - Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial analysis related to the Major Tenant function of our Australian portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret lease agreements to ensure accuracy of major tenant revenue across your portfolio.
  • Produce and review accurate budgets and forecasts for Major tenants.
  • Manage deliverables, prioritizing work to ensure timely completion and consistent quality.
  • Establish and build mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in relevant positions.
  • Excellent analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
