About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for project marketing and sales to join our team and take advantage of a diverse range of projects across Greater Sydney.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales success for off-the-plan projects, leveraging their understanding of project marketing principles and off-the-plan sales.
  • They will manage project displays according to company arrangements, build trust with diverse buyers, and qualify/understand customer needs.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing the full sales process from initial inquiry to settlement, confidently achieving and exceeding sales targets, and providing relevant reporting on sales and lead activity.
