Corporate Guest Services Opportunity

This role provides an excellent chance to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, collaborating with clients and teams to deliver seamless services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and ensure a smooth lobby experience
  • Support Reception and Switchboard teams, handle complaints and provide feedback to clients
  • Rotate across locations, overseeing day-to-day functions and managing workspace
  • Coordinate catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements for clients
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments to meet client needs
  • Contribute to performance reviews and objective setting for team members
  • Maintain operational standards and improve workspace efficiency
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required
  • Provide leadership support in the absence of senior staff
  • Communicate client feedback and address any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and report incidents within specified timeframes

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to handle complaints and resolve problems
  • Experience in corporate or hotel environments, or event management
  • Administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
