Responsibilities:

This dynamic professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coupled with a deep understanding of the legal sector and its intricacies. A solid grasp of the UK recruitment market is also essential for success in this position.

Previous experience working within or closely with a legal service provider or an in-house legal team is highly desirable. Additionally, having an interest in the legal sector and relevant industry knowledge will set the successful candidate apart.

Strong organisational skills and a high degree of self-motivation are crucial for autonomous work in this capacity. The ideal candidate must be able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a keen sense of personal ownership over each 'Vario' and new lead.
