About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Skyline Landscape Services. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and health of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine garden maintenance tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
  • Maintain lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to ensure a professional finish.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License and a White Card are essential.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
