A challenging and rewarding role has emerged for an experienced General Manager to lead a team in North Queensland.
We are seeking a highly professional and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and customer service. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring people to deliver great care in a commercially sustainable and person-centred way.
About Your Qualifications:- Previous experience as General Manager in Aged Care Facility (highly regarded)
- Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes
- Personal and professional commitment to delivering high-quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your site
- Build a customer-centric home that delivers exceptional person-centred care
- Deliver commercially superior and sustainable results that meet operational and financial objectives
- Demonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive and engaging culture
- Establish and leverage collaborative network relationships, working in partnership to deliver successful outcomes
