The Role:- This key position is responsible for leading a high-performing team and overseeing the smooth operation of the Front Office and Guest Services departments.

- As a point of escalation for emergency situations, they will maintain a deep understanding of all room types, hotel operations, and facilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be handling client queries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Maintaining employee performance standards, providing coaching and training, and offering constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated experience as a Duty Manager in a high-volume hotel environment.
- A proven track record of working with property management systems, such as OPERA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire their team.
- A focus on delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- A proactive attitude with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
