About the Role

The Maintenance Planner is a critical role that plays a key part in enhancing equipment reliability and performance at our facilities. This position involves developing and managing maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage maintenance plans for all equipment and facilities
  • Implement and monitor safety programs to ensure compliance and report performance
  • Maintain accurate data on asset history, specifications, procurement, and spare parts inventory
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities, manage lead times, and update engineering documentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in planning or technical records
  • Knowledge of maintenance programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and analytical/organisation skills
