About the Position

This is a role that requires taking ownership of equipment reliability across multiple sites in Queensland, supporting operations critical to Australia's construction industry.

You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. The role involves regular regional travel and comes with a vehicle, phone, and laptop to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage preventative and reactive maintenance using our CMMS (MAINPAC)
  • Coordinate internal trades, OEM technicians, and external contractors to resolve equipment issues quickly
  • Supervise high-risk maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with WHS procedures
  • Oversee procurement and spares management, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and delays
  • Deliver hands-on support for asset installations, relocations, and upgrades
  • Communicate monthly maintenance activity across the region, including team and toolbox meetings
  • Lead the rollout of safety and productivity initiatives, including face-to-face training sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across the network
