Job Role:

The role of a Maintenance Technician is to ensure the quality and reliability of equipment in the oil and gas industry. This involves rotating through various stations to engage in the assembly, repair, and maintenance of specialized equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform service and repair work on machinery attachments to meet productivity targets.
  • Fault find breakdowns in products, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to maintain their working order.
  • Direct hydraulic and repair operations to achieve optimum product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out maintenance services such as oil changes, flow and pressure tests to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Essential Requirements:

  • A trade qualification or certification as a Fitter/Diesel Fitter/Mechanic.
  • Able to lift 20-25kg safely.
  • Proven experience in using hand and power tools effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of hydraulic functions and pneumatic systems.
  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation for business use.
