Job Description

This role drives the growth of strategic partnerships by supporting strategy development, executing key priorities, managing contracts and service levels, overseeing relationships, and ensuring compliance with risk frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Main Accountabilities: Collaborate with leadership to develop divisional objectives. Translate strategy into operational plans covering financial, operational, people, customer, risk, and community outcomes. Monitor industry trends and regulations to propose relevant initiatives. Lead a team to support product growth and strategic objectives using T-shaped leadership. Develop talent in line with workforce frameworks. Manage metrics, and ensure financial objectives are met.
    2. Drive High Performance Partnership Operating Rhythms: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive product growth. Lead daily performance, account management, and service levels for partnerships. Collaborate across business units to deliver exceptional customer experiences (sales, service, claims). Lead key account engagement, including monthly meetings and steering committees.
    3. Governance, Risk & Compliance: Develop governance frameworks to ensure compliance with agreements and data protection. Manage audits, incidents, breaches, and compliance. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
    4. Commercial & Strategic Initiatives: Drive growth and innovation through effective contract and commercial management of partnerships. Support key contract negotiations and manage tender processes. Work with stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and deliver product initiatives and innovations. Lead the launch and maintenance of new partnerships and distribution channels for products.
