We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial health of our organisation, working closely with the Head of Treasury & Valuations to drive strategic financial decisions.

  2. Monitor and Report Daily Cash Positions: Ensure optimal liquidity across all accounts by reviewing, managing and reporting on AP payments.">
  3. Prepare Rolling Cash Flow Forecasts: Analyse and prepare forecasts for both established retirement villages and development business.">
  4. Manage Transactional Banking Operations: Administer account management, corporate credit card facilities and reconcile interest and treasury-related fees.">
  5. Support Treasury Reporting: Assist in the preparation of treasury reports, monthly steering committee presentations and ad-hoc presentations for senior management.">
  6. Develop Financial Models: Collaborate with the senior treasury team to develop and maintain financial models supporting funding and investment decisions.">
  7. Coordinate Internal and External Reporting: Manage audit support, compliance documentation and covenant reporting.">
  8. Cash and Debt Funding Strategies: Support the formulation and execution of cash and debt funding strategies in collaboration with the CFO.">

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Economics.">
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance or a related analytical role.">
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.">
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.">
  • Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.">
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and collaborative way.">
